I mean, I’ve been following the weightwatchers plan religiously for the past 6 weeks and I’ve only lost 4lbs. That doesn’t sound so bad until it comes out that 3.5 of those pounds I lost the first week. Its so annoying. and what makes it worse is that there doesn’t appear to really be a reason. I mean, I eat loads of veggies, drink mostly water, rarely have puddings/chocolate/fried foods/crisps yet I’m still not loosing any weight. I mean WTF? so not impressed. The only thing that came up was that I don’t really eat breakfast. So, this week I’m gonna try to eat breakfast everyday and see how that goes. Any other suggestions?
